Four eggs (whisk the egg whites)

1 1/2 cup of white flour

1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

1 pot of natural yogurt

1 cup of milk

1 cup of sugar

the juice of one orange

15 grams of butter

1/2 cup of powdered soy extract

two teaspoons of baking powder

 

To be added only after you mixed everything above (but before putting in the oven):

Muesli (about two or three tablespoons)

one apple chopped in little cubes

 

time in the oven – around 45 min in 235 oC

 

This recipe is adaptable! Usually, ingredients vary from one place to another, and the amount of ingredients like sugar or eggs can be changed a little (if the egg is not so strong, add one more egg yoke and so forth…). Also, try to adapt it to your own taste: don’t put the sugar all at once, put some and see if it’s sweet enough for you.

Just remember to add the egg whites last to make it softer.
