cook some spinach al dente with a little bit of butter and a little bit of shallots and salt and leave it aside

cook some pepper and after a few minutes add garlic – when it starts to caramelize, add grated zucchini, white carrots and salt, turn the pan off and leave it aside too

you can use your favourite recipe of tomato and white sauce – I particularly prefer to use homemade sauce, the tomato one spiced with parsley, oregano and onions, and the white one made with corn starch, milk and grated cheese.

alternate layers of the lasagna dough of your preference and sauce with one layer of spinach and other of zucchini/white carrot

I particularly liked to add one layer of cottage cheese in between.
