well, with the right combination pretty much any veggie can become a soup, but sometimes we don’t know exactly what to put together, so I am going to give the recipe (more or less) of this one, ok?
first, peel and chop a pumpkin (of around 500g) and two medium white carrots – don’t worry about the chopping so much because it’s all going to the pressure pan anyway with some pieces of pepper to ad flavor.
after it’s all cooked (with not much water). all u have to do is squash them, add 150ml of milk and slowly boil it till it becomes creamy adding all your favourite spices (to change some bit since I’m regularly using garlic and onions, I chose leek, parsley and chive) and just before the cream is ready, put in some chopped spinach, and it’s done!
also, you can add some cheese if you want, mozzarella and parmesan would be my choice.
