Swirling, we inevitably gravitated towards

us, unfettered children today and tomorrow

We collided, two bulls fighting for territory

Two faces of a dagger, two limestones

of a mirage right across the grocery store

Unframed, unhinged, and yet bound as if

Saturn had never existed.

A cold breeze and a lamp bulb solely

testified a severance, rewinding our dance

back to the womb.
